Rozgoo is a recruitment platform based in India that connects employers (particularly small and medium enterprises) with blue-collar and entry-level workers. We use a structured, technology-driven approach to assess and match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
The traditional hiring process for blue-collar roles in India is often slow, unstructured, and heavily dependent on word-of-mouth. Employers struggle to find reliable workers, and candidates often lack access to verified, genuine job openings. Rozgoo addresses both sides of this problem.
For employers, we provide access to a pool of candidates who have been assessed using our multi-point validation system. For candidates, we offer a clear path from registration to employment, with transparent communication at every step.
