How Rozgoo Works

For Candidates

Getting Started

Rozgoo helps job seekers find verified employment opportunities through a structured process. Here's how it works:

    Register on the platform

    Create your profile by providing basic information such as your name, phone number, email, location, and skills. This takes about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Complete your assessment

    Our multi-point assessment evaluates your interest, personality, background, and skills. Each area is scored 0-5, giving a total out of 20. This helps us match you with the right jobs.

  3. 3

    Get matched with jobs

    Based on your assessment results and preferences, our system identifies suitable job openings and presents them to you.

  4. 4

    Interview and start working

    Once matched, you'll be connected with the employer for an interview. If selected, you can begin working — often within a few days of completing your assessment.

Understanding Your Assessment Score

Your total assessment score (0-20) determines your candidate classification:

AAA
Premium
Score: 16-20
AA
High Quality
Score: 12-15
A
Qualified
Score: 8-11
B
Developing
Score: 0-7

Higher-scored candidates are prioritised for matching with available positions. However, all registered candidates have access to job opportunities on the platform.

How to Hire Through Rozgoo

Rozgoo simplifies the hiring process for employers by providing pre-assessed candidates matched to your requirements.

    Register as a partner

    Create your company profile with details about your business, location, and hiring needs. Our team will verify your account.

    Post your job requirements

    Describe the role, required skills, location, salary range, and number of positions. Our team reviews and activates postings promptly.

  3. 3

    Review matched candidates

    We present candidates whose assessment scores, skills, and location match your requirements. Each candidate profile includes their validation results.

  4. 4

    Interview and hire

    Conduct your own interviews to make the final decision. Once you confirm a hire, we handle the documentation and onboarding coordination.
