1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rozgoo's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including candidates, recruiters, partners (employers), and visitors.

2. Description of Services

Rozgoo provides a technology-driven recruitment platform that connects job seekers (Candidates) with employers (Partners) through a systematic validation process. Our Services include:

• Job listings and application processing
• Candidate assessment and validation
• Matching algorithms to connect candidates with suitable opportunities
• Communication tools between parties
• Payment processing for registration and placement fees

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your password meets our security requirements

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

5. Fees and Payments

Candidate Registration Fee

Candidates pay a one-time registration fee of ₹199 to access the platform. This fee covers profile verification, assessment, and lifetime access to job matching services. This fee is non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Partner Fees

Partners (employers) pay fees based on their selected plan. Pricing varies based on hiring volume and services selected. Payment terms are outlined in the Partner Agreement.

Recruiter Commissions

Internal recruiters earn commissions as outlined in their employment agreements. Commissions are paid for successful placements that meet retention requirements.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform
• Post discriminatory or offensive content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Rozgoo platform—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the exclusive property of Rozgoo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That candidates will find employment
• That employers will find suitable candidates
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for employment decisions made by Partners or Candidates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozgoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Any outstanding fees will become immediately due

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
